Our Returns Policy

In Stock Items:

- New, unused and unworn merchandise returns will be accepted within five days of purchase. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of the items to approve the return and provide shipping instructions. Only approved return items will be processed. Any unapproved items that we receive will be returned to sender

- All pieces should be returned in their original and complete packaging

- Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings sales are final and might not be returned or exchanged.

- Returns will be exchanged for merchandise credit only.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer. When returning, we strongly recommend insuring the package. We are not responsible for any lost items while being returned to us.

Special Orders and Custom Made Items:

- Special orders and custom work are non-refundable, may not be cancelled and require a deposit.

Sale Items:

- All on sale items orders are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged.
